Peanuts 'n Coke

This really tastes better than it sounds. For those who don't know this traditional Southern treat, you pour your pack of salted, roasted peanuts right into your coke and then munch peanuts with each drink. (You can only pour in a few peanuts at a time until the level of the liquid is down far enough to make room for them.)

Glass bottles were the BEST for mixing your peanuts in. It was a bit difficult when they went to cans because they made the drinking hole too small. You had to push your peanuts in one at a time, and it just didn't seem worth the effort. Now the cans have larger holes and it's easy to get your peanuts in again.
