Ingredients |

1 tsp Alum
1/4 cup Kosher salt
1 cup distilled vinegar
3 cups water
1 tbsp sugar |

- Use jallapeños, banana peppers, cherry
peppers... any hot pepper you like.
- Mix them up and put them in the 'fridge.
- To draw some of the heat, put a carrot in the mix.
