Ever notice how people in hot climates like spicy foods? You would think we sweat enough, wouldn't you!

Ingredients • 1 tsp Alum • 1/4 cup Kosher salt • 1 cup distilled vinegar • 3 cups water • 1 tbsp sugar Use jallapeños, banana peppers, cherry peppers... any hot pepper you like. Mix them up and put them in the 'fridge. To draw some of the heat, put a carrot in the mix.
